Luxembourg City is the multicultural and multilingual capital of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and the seat of many European institutions. The City Promenade is the perfect way to get to know the city. Accompanied by an official guide, you will discover the former fortress city’s top attractions and hidden gems!
All Congress participants are invited to enjoy the 2-hour walking tour to discover, among many others, the prestigious grand ducal Palace, the Corniche also known as the “most beautiful balcony in Europe” as well as the Bock promontory, the cradle of Luxembourg City.

Please note that the guided tour ends right at the location of the congress dinner in the Rives de Clausen.
Shuttle Bus:
A shuttle bus will leave Belval Campus at 16:45 and will take you to the starting point of the tour.
The congress dinner will be hosted by the restaurant Knokke Out, located in the ‘Rives de Clausen’ next to the Alzette river. Weather permitting, we will start the evening with a glass of Crémant on the terrasse, followed by the famous Knokke Out buffet.

The City Promenade will take you right to the restaurant. If you are not joining the sightseeing tour, the restaurant is only a short 15-20-minute walk from the city centre.
Shuttle Bus to Belval:
A shuttle bus will return to Beval after dinner for all participants staying at Belval campus (departure time: 23:00).
